HARE AVENUE SUBDIVISION

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Sar-Gin Developments for all their assistance in facilitating the sublet of my mother’s apartment on Hare Avenue.

My mother had been renting the apartment for about a year when she had unexpected heart surgery at the Ottawa Heart Institute. The surgery did not go as expected which resulted in her needing to move to Ottawa, to be closer to her family. She still had six months left on her lease.

I had the pleasure of speaking with 3 different employees of Sar-Gin and in each every case these people were professional, caring and understanding of my situation. The location here is perfect as you can jump on the boardwalk and walk to the mall, GFL Centre or the locks and White Fish Island. As a snowbird, I can just turn the key and take off for Florida and turn it again when I return home.
